    • 10 years for Structural

Fixed Cost Agreement

A far too common complaint we hear in conversations across the country is “My project went way over budget”. We can share with you why and how this happens, at least our perspective and experience, but right here right now we will explain how we can avoid this happening.

  1. We plan every detail possible in advance. Our team is great at walking you through the process and selections to be made at your chosen pace with accurate information. We won't let you mess up.
  2. The team will get confirmed quotes from subcontractors and vendors for all the phases, finish materials and installation costs for your project.
  3. Upon your approval and prior to beginning construction, we will sign a Fixed Cost Agreement with you stipulating the final cost of your project.

This way you can enjoy watching your home come together while working with people who have made a commitment to take care of you throughout the process and after.
